Where an attendee withdraws from the event, BerkeleyME Training FZE shall review after receiving the participant’s written notice of withdrawal and shall process the refund within 14 working days, the following sums:

Withdrawal / Refund Procedure
- Purchaser must complete a “Refund Request Form online” with reasons for withdrawal/refund accompanied with relevant supporting documents.
- All requests for refund are subject to Berkeleyme Training FZE’s approval. After receiving the refund request, it will be put in front of the Refund Committee.
- Refund Committee will announce the results of the application in 10 days.
- Upon approval of a refund, the purchaser will be informed by the communication department within 14 days.
- Once the purchase confirms by communicating that decision is accepted according to given terms, the refund will be processed within 28 days of purchase of date Berkeleyme will receive will get confirmation from the purchaser.
Other terms
- This a single user purchase. If found misuse of the single user policy the account can be suspended.
- IP which is initially provided to use shall be the user’s IP and will not be allowed to change. Any abuse shall be notified and the online account will be locked and no refund application shall be accepted.
- If the downloads have been made, purchasers will not be entitled to any refund.
- If we need to purchase the materials from 3rd party and they do not accept the refund application, we will not be liable for any refund.
